General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy restaurant and deli offering full-service dining, carryout and catering.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong ownership mentality and experience managing a restaurant generating $1.5M+ in annual revenue. This person will be responsible for operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant, deli, carryout, and catering operations
Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
Oversee catering orders and execution
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness
Drive sales and operational improvements
Lead by example and create a positive, accountable team culture

Qualifications

5+ years of restaurant management experience
Experience managing $1.5M+ annual revenue
Full-service restaurant experience required
Catering experience required
Strong P&L and financial management skills
Proven team-building and employee development experience
Hands-on leadership style with strong business acumen
Beer/alcohol service experience preferred
