In-House Virginia Workers' Comp Defense Attorney
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan seeks a licensed Virginia in-house Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to defend claims before hearing locations, primarily in and around the Virginia area, under the direction of the General Counsel. This role includes research, depositions, witness consultations, and negotiations for settlements. The attorney will provide leadership on major company projects and collaborate with insureds, legal assistants, and business groups to assess risk and strategy.
