What do Culligan Water Route Delivery Drivers do?

• Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs, delivering Culligan products and services. Products include softener tanks, bottled water, and 50# bags of salt
• Willing to be trained on water treatment servicing, such as filter changes and basic troubleshooting, allowing you to become a true expert in the field.
• Continually earn the trust of their neighbors and co-workers
• Work independently.

Pay is commensurate with experience, with additional commission opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
• Detail-oriented, highly organized
• Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
• Clean and professional appearance
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs or more with a cart

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
