• Number of Beds -24
• Number of Staff - 50
• Type of staff:


o Day Shift -1 CNC 12 RN's, 1 Unit Secretary1-3 sitters/week


o Night Shift - 1 CNC 12 RN's, 1-3 sitters/week
• Patient Ratios - 1:1 or :2
• Type of equipment - Vents, Swans, Impella's, Balloon pumps
• EMR -

Skill Set Most recruited for:


Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Lack of ICU experience
•


Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
• CV surgery experience


List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Intubation, Central lines, bronchoscopy, EVD's, ICP monitoring, Swan
• Pacers, Bolts


Best personality Fit:
• Excellent customer Service skills


REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS, ACLS

Dress Code:
• Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue


Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Every other weekend, May be placed on call if not needed on the shift they are scheduled to work but only for that shift. No other call expectations.
