Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Collins Test Solutions Engineering (CTSE) organization is looking for a motivated individual to be a Senior Project Engineer leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers (including systems, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering) developing and or supporting complex test solutions. CTSE is a global engineering organization responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the manufacturing and service center test solutions as well as external customers including armed services and airlines both domestic and international. As a key member of the Collins Test Solutions Engineering leadership team, the Senior Project Engineer ensures the successful execution of test solution projects from inception, through deployment to customers, as well as long-term support. Typical test solutions include Optical, In-circuit Test, Boundary Scan, as well as COTS components such as switch systems, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies and other related equipment coupled with custom software for performing Environmental Stress Screening as well as testing circuit card assemblies and top-level products.The ideal candidate will have an unwavering positive attitude, be highly responsive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and strive to perform high-quality work proactively and efficiently. The role requires working closely with engineers and leaders, at various locations around the globe, to ensure project success.
