Finance Manager / Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
Contract: 3-Month Contract
Compensation: $46.93/hr W2
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical Finance Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic finance initiatives across a multi-country business environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting experience who can quickly take ownership of key projects and deliver impactful business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models
- Perform revenue analysis, forecasting, and profitability assessments
- Conduct variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial reporting
- Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and recommendations
- Support financial systems projects, testing, validations, and process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders
- Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization
- Analyze large datasets and translate findings into business insights
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5-10+ years of Finance, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or related experience
- Proven experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience building and maintaining financial models
- Experience presenting financial recommendations to leadership teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong FP&A experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Financial modeling expertise
- Revenue forecasting and analysis
- P&L management and variance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Spanish fluency
- Power BI experience
- Hyperion, TM1, EPM, or similar financial planning tools
- Financial systems implementation or upgrade experience
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation experience
- Exposure to Latin American or Caribbean markets
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude
- Payments or financial services industry experience
