THE ROLE:

Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground plant, including poles, lines, fiber optic and copper cable, anchors, and related hardware. Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repairs across power, telecom, and fiber networks to restore service efficiently and safely. Carry out cable bonding, grounding, splicing, and terminations in compliance with safety standards and utility specifications. Support infrastructure interfaces with power plants, substations, and communication facilities, maintaining accurate records and as‑built documentation.

THE PERSON:

Experience as an Outside Plant Technician, Lineman, or Utility Field Technician in telecom, power, or broadband environments. Strong understanding of OSP construction standards, safety practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in challenging weather conditions. Safety‑focused, dependable, and a collaborative team player with good communication skills.
