Our expertise lies in the area of Industrial Production and Assembly, Manufacturing Engineering, Final Assembly Line (FAL) services, Out Located Works (OWL), Out Standing Works (OSW), FAL Integration, Flight Line Services, Quality Conformance Management, Quality Inspection, Airline Services and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), and Customers FacilitiesJob DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Familiar with the policies and procedures contained in company manuals, submits changes as appropriate to eliminate conflicts and/or enhance operational effectivenessComply with 14 CFR (as applicable), manufacturer's specifications, company policies, and procedures, as well as other methods accepted by the FAA, when accomplishing maintenanceAssist with the completion of shift turnover reports in accordance with company proceduresParticipate in shift meetings and briefings as requiredUpdate aircraft fleet status information for Company aircraft as directedConduct on-the-job training as assigned by the Base-Manager/SupervisorProperly executes maintenance work recordsMaintain the maintenance work area in a clean and orderly conditionAdhere to material handling and control procedures specified in company manuals and by the equipment manufacturersResponsible to open and/or close facilityPerform aircraft run-ups and taxisPerform road trips to repair aircraft at stations other than the maintenance baseClean aircraft after completing maintenanceAdditional duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:QUALIFICATIONS:Current A&P certificate requiredMust meet the recent experience requirements as stated in 14 CFR 65.83Minimum two years professional aircraft maintenance work experience preferredMust have basic mechanical skillsMust own a basic set of aircraft maintenance toolsMust take instruction and guidance wellMust be goal oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and must work well in team situations and also as an individualMust be able to lift 40 lbs.Must be able to perform moderately strenuous physical tasks which include bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead for long periods of timeMust hold a valid driver's licenseMust have a high school diploma or equivalentMust have a flexible schedule and be able to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidaysBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSEZ Aerospace USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
