Quality Control Technician – Food Manufacturing

PayCruit is hiring Quality Control Technicians for a food manufacturing facility in Fresno, CA .

Pay: $16.90–$17.50/hour
Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Duties:

Perform quality checks throughout the production process
Inspect products for quality and food safety standards
Complete QC documentation and production records
Monitor GMP and food safety procedures
Perform routine quality testing as required
Verify product specifications, lot codes, labels, and packaging
Report quality or food safety concerns to management
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience preferred
Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, or food safety practices is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and transportation
Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift

Pay: $16.90–$17.50 per hour
