Powder Coater

Pay: $23-$25 per hour

Schedule: Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a local manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts while ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with powder coating processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
• Operate powder coating equipment to apply finishes according to specifications.
• Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and overall quality of finished products.
• Inspect parts for defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Load and unload parts on racks and production lines.
• Maintain powder coating equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous powder coating experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
