The Dean will also be the chief representative of the School of Pharmacy, with overarching administrative duties, including compliance with accreditation standards, fundraising, and advancing interdisciplinary initiatives. Strong management skills, a Ph.D. or Pharm.D., prior administrative experience in a School of Pharmacy, and a commitment to the clinical care of communities in need are essential for this role.
