EMT - Part-time

Part Time A-EMTHealthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients' homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. By leveraging Getlabs, partners can improve patient adherence and close gaps in care with same-day, nationwide availability.We are currently seeking Part Time A-EMT interested in joining a high-growth stage startup with strong experience in working in hospitals, in office, or mobile environments. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision.You must have a Nevada State A-EMT cert to be considered for this role! A phlebotomy certificate does not qualify you for this job, you must be an AEMT. The PT shift is Mon-Fri, 5am-10am.At Getlabs, you will:Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratoriesFollow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens, with a high degree of accuracyAbility to adapt in a rapid high-growth environmentMaintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hoursWhat we are looking for:AEMT certification valid in the State of Nevada is required1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)Experience processing samplesMust be proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, email and internet navigation) and the ability to learn new digital tools as neededProven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to drive in the dark - first appointments may be as early as 5am!Ability to physically access patients including but not limited to kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting and reachingAbility to physically navigate patients homes including but not limited to climbing stairs and carrying 15 pounds while walkingAbility to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervisionReliable transportation and clean driving recordBonus Qualifications: Fluent in SpanishWe have great benefits to make your life easier so you can focus on what you're best at:W2 employment at $21-$24/hrFlexible scheduleMileage reimbursementPaid time offA company with a huge vision, a dynamic work environment, and a team of talented, ambitious and fun to work with colleagues!$21 - $24 an hourThe health and safety of our employees and their families is our top priority.
