Job Description / Essential Elements Requirements USACC Certified, must be a NCO or a warrant officer, no degree requirement. Designated Subjects Special Subjects Reserve Officer Training Corps Credential. Note: Pay scale based on MIP-11 month contract. Information on the requirements and certification process can be found at Credential Copy (Valid CA ROTC Credential or Proof of Eligibility to obtain a Credential in ROTC/ additional authorization for teaching English Learners required at hire.)
