Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Engines Location: Hattiesburg, MS (onsite) Compensation: $94,400.00 - $119,950.00. Relocation assistance available. Responsibilities Serve as financial advisor with responsibility for the Hattiesburg P&L. Operate in a matrix organization, advising business segment leaders and plant managers. Analyze and quantify business activities and decisions in financial terms using Rehlko methodologies. Ensure all plant functions are aware of and operate to Rehlko standard policies and procedures. Facilitate frequent communication with all functions at the plant and within the business segment. Provide financial information to plant management, Divisional Accounting, Operations, and other corporate functions. Supervise accounting and payroll functions of the plant. Participate in annual capital, financial, and strategic planning. Prepare plant budgets and coordinate with Divisional Accounting for standard costs. Provide monthly forecasts, monitor and report variances, and analyze financial and operational performance. Assist Plant Management in developing performance and operational measurements. Work closely with materials associates to assure inventory control and turn‑rate objectives. Develop inventory control procedures, including physical inventory and cycle counting. Manage vendor invoice processing and ensure proper accounting for scrap, rework, loss reporting. Provide staff development, training, coaching, feedback, and appraisal. Ensure proper record keeping, reporting to plant management, and external entities. Recommend improvements to plant financial and operational performance. Maintain honesty and integrity, promote it among staff and plant functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Five years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing support role. Experience in SAP financial reporting is desirable. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
