About the Role As a Principal Associate on the Global Enterprise Communications team, you will focus on the execution of communication programs that align with Capital One’s brand strategy and business goals. Working across teams, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of communication campaigns under the guidance of senior team members Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute program elements Stay informed about industry trends to inform and enhance communication strategies Support issues and incident response across designated focus areas, consulting on emerging issues and partnering with intelligence teams on benchmarking and research. Support media relations and business development due diligence, providing project management for enterprise reputation initiatives. The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Richmond, VA: $98,900 – $112,900 for Principal Communications Assoc McLean, VA: $108,900 – $124,300 for Principal Communications Assoc Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
