Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: $40,000

We’re seeking a motivated professional with corporate and customer service experience to join our collaborative, family-oriented team. If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and thrive in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—processing orders, resolving issues, and providing guidance.
• Assist clients in using our proprietary applications (training provided).
• Liaise with state and local public offices and commercial agents on behalf of clients.
• Review legal documentation with a sharp eye for detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior corporate knowledge and paralegal experience preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
