About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with our clients and their families to create personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping with meal preparation and management

• Accompanying clients to appointments and social events

• Monitoring and documenting client progress and care plans

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients

• Developing strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

• Valid driver's license and Current Auto Insurance Policy

• Provide a Reliable and Safe Vehicle

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
