Direct Care Worker
SERENITY MEADOWS ASSISTED LIVING LL
Full-Time Female Caregiver (30 Hours/Week) We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a female client (30 hours/week). Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Care for a bed-bound client, including PEG tube care. Transport the client safely to appointments and community activities. Maintain accurate documentation and follow the client's care plan. Requirements Experience with bed-bound patients and PEG tubes (preferred). Experience working with individuals with high-behavior autism. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport clients. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Current CPR & First Aid certification. Updated TB screening and medical clearance. Must complete all required CMH certifications within 30 days of hire.
