User Experience Designer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for experience in one or more areas such as user research, interaction design, information architecture, or visual design.
• We need strong skills in typography and visual design.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is preferred.

• We design intuitive, high-quality products in collaboration with end users and modern software development teams.
• We work directly with users to gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative insights through formal research methods.
• We conduct interviews, surveys, and other user research activities.
• We translate research findings into product hypotheses, recommendations, and user stories for the backlog.
• We create mockups, prototypes, wireframes, and application designs to communicate concepts.
• We apply usability principles and mental models to shape our design strategy.
• We develop design directions, iconography, and user interface improvements.
• We document and report on our design process and outcomes.
