Geological Core Logging Services (Cascade Logging Facility)1. Scope OverviewPerpetua Resources Idaho, Inc. (“Company”) engages Contractor to furnish qualified geological core logging personnel to perform geological logging, sampling, and associated data management services for diamond drill core on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis, as authorized by Company under an applicable Work Order.All services shall be performed at the Cascade Logging Facility (“CLF”) in Cascade, Idaho. This scope does not include rig-side or drilling operations. Contractor personnel shall perform all Work under the technical direction and supervision of Company’s site geology staff and in accordance with Company standards, procedures, and EHOS requirements.2. Staffing and CoverageProvide two (2) Geological Core Loggers per rotation, day shift only, unless otherwise authorized in writing.Personnel shall possess demonstrated competency in geological core logging, sampling protocols, and digital data entry for exploration programs.Work schedules, rotations, and coverage shall be subject to Company approval and operational requirements.3. Scope of Services3.1 Core Handling and PreparationVerify core intervals, depth blocks, run information, and labeling.Confirm core orientation and organization prior to logging.Identify, document, and report broken, disturbed, or missing core intervals.Maintain core integrity during logging, sampling, re-boxing, and storage.Maintain organized, clean, and safe core racks and work areas.3.2 Geological Core LoggingLogging shall be performed using MX Deposit and in accordance with Company logging standards, including but not limited to:Lithology (rock type, composition, textures, alteration)Structure (fractures, faults, foliation, bedding, shears – descriptive only)Mineralization (species, abundance, distribution, and style)Veining (type, mineralogy, thickness, density)Logging confidence and relevant geological comments3.3 Sampling ServicesSelect and mark representative sample intervals in accordance with Company protocols.Clearly mark sample intervals in core boxes.Bag, label, tag, and weigh samples.Maintain strict chain-of-custody and sample security controls.3.4 Data Capture and ManagementEnter geological and sampling data into MX Deposit.Perform basic quality control prior to submission.Correct data issues identified by Company supervisory staff.4. Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHOS)Comply with all Company EHOS policies and site requirements.Maintain clean and safe work areas.Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses.5. Reporting and CoordinationCoordinate daily activities with Company geology staff.Report logging progress, sampling status, and issues promptly.6. Management and AdministrationProvide technically competent and qualified personnel.Maintain accurate daily labor time records for T&M invoicing.Comply with all MSA administrative, reporting, and audit requirements.8. Minimum QualificationsValid driver’s licenseExperience in geological or geotechnical logging (or ability to be trained)Bachelor’s degree in geology, earth science, engineering, or similar (preferred)Forklift certification (preferred)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsPersonal transportationPay rate: $50 $55 DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
