McAlister’s Deli in Pueblo is hiring full-time and prt-time Shift Leads for both morning and evening shifts. This is a great opportunity for dependable, motivated leaders who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts to ensure smooth operations

• Deliver strong guest service and hospitality

• Support food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

• Coach and motivate team members

• Assist with labor management and shift execution

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and reliability

• Positive, team-focused attitude

• Ability to work mornings or evenings consistently
