Facilities Maintenance

Large medical device manufacturer is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Technician for their out east Facility. Qualified candidates for this role would ideally come from a similiar GMP and SOP environment and familair with HVAC and Plumbing principles and repairs.  This is a permanent position Monday-Friday 1st shift  $26-$30 an hour ( Depending on Experience)  Resume Required If you are interested in learning more about this position please schedule a time via the scheduler or email View email address on randstadusa.com directly for more availablility.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean by performing routine housekeeping and janitorial tasks.
• Clean up after maintenance work is completed.
• Complete maintenance work orders and required documentation on time.
• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on manufacturing equipment and building systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, air compressors, and air dryers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify potential problems.
• Make general mechanical and minor electrical repairs.
• Identify and report equipment or facility safety concerns.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment when needed to support production.
• Lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more and keep production lines supplied with materials.
• Assist with maintenance projects as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the maintenance and manufacturing teams.
