Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sr. Director, Operations to plan and direct activities for the Intermodal Division, ensuring budgeted goals are met. The role leads the BU’s policies and initiatives, driving EBITDA, safety, quality and profitability while fostering a high-performance culture. The candidate will oversee 1-3 direct reports, travel up to 50%, and report to the Division Sr. VP in a hybrid work environment.
