Procurement Representative 3 - Denver

Opportunity In this role as a Procurement Representative 3 you will support the project team with complex procurement transaction activities (equipment, services and subcontracts). The role may expand to support multiple projects and include duties such as expediting, procurement administration, closeout, and proposal development. The position receives minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Prepare contract documents and bidder lists. Preferred Qualifications BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical/Engineering, Construction Management or related field (experience may substitute for a degree). Strong attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication. Proficient computer skills: databases and MS Office. Proficient contract comprehension. Strong data entry skills. Proficient mathematics. Proficient organizational skills. Proficient problem‑solving. Basic project process management. Basic schedule and planning understanding. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search, as required by applicable laws.
