In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding and fabrication on custom parts, and ensure high-quality finishes. You’ll lead by example in safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, mentoring junior welders and collaborating with engineering and assembly teams.
