Job Title: General Labor - Material Handler

Employment Type: Full-time (No powered equipment used)

Job Summary:


We are seeking dependable and hardworking Material Handlers to join our team in Carlisle, PA . The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility. This is a general labor position and does not require the use of powered equipment .

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload, move, and store materials manually or using basic non-powered tools
  
  
• Read work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
  
  
• Open containers, sort materials, and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  
  
• Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
  
  
• Assist in inventory counts and cycle checks as needed
  
  
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Shifts & Pay Rates:
Shift Schedule Pay Rate A Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM $17.00/hr B Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM $17.75/hr C Saturday - Monday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM $18.00/hr D Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM $18.25/hr Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required

• Must be able to work the full shift schedule without accommodations
