Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Washington state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for each assigned student
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Provide consultation and training for teachers and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
• Support a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment
