Pay & Compensation Regional Pro Drivers earn an average of $1,400 per week , with a compensation package designed to reward both performance and professionalism. $200 per day base pay $30 per additional stop Drivers average approximately 4 paid stops per week (an additional $120 weekly Paid detention time Vacation pay at your daily rate OTR resets paid at your full daily rate whenever applicable Weekly Performance Bonuses Earn additional incentives each week by meeting performance standards: $25 MPG Incentive $25 Motive Safety Incentive $25 Service Incentive To qualify, drivers must maintain: 7.7+ MPG Motive Safety Score of 90 or higher 95% or higher service score Freight & Schedule Our Regional Pro Fleet is designed to provide consistent freight with more predictable home time.
