Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and courteous manner.

• Prepare and maintain accurate repair and service orders in the system.

• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers.

• Provide updates on repair status and notify customers when work is complete.

• Work closely with service technicians to ensure accurate job details and efficient workflow.

• Review completed work orders for accuracy after invoicing.

• Assist with warranty claims, billing, and documentation.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and follow-up needs.

• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to better serve customers.

• Keep the service counter area clean, professional, and organized.

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Prior experience as a service advisor, service writer, or customer service representative preferred.

• Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire/mechanical services is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.
