EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES PROFESSIONALS — THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOUSouthern Motors Honda is growing — and we’re looking for proven automotive sales professionals who are ready to take their career and income to the next level.

If you already know how to sell cars, build relationships, work with a customer from greeting to delivery, and consistently close deals,  we want to talk to you.

EARN $70,000–$150,000+ — WITH UNCAPPED POTENTIAL

Our compensation plan offers  uncapped earning potential , with top performers positioned to significantly exceed the advertised $70,000–$150,000 range.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're especially interested in  experienced automotive sales professionals who:

• Have a proven track record of selling vehicles
• Know how to prospect, follow up, negotiate and close
• Understand the importance of CSI and customer retention
• Are comfortable working with internet leads, phone leads and showroom traffic
• Know how to present vehicles and conduct effective test drives
• Can confidently discuss pricing, financing and trade-ins
• Are self-motivated and competitive
• Take ownership of their customers and their results
• Understand that follow-up is where deals are won
• Want to build a long-term career — not just find another job

Automotive sales experience is strongly preferred. Exceptional retail sales professionals with a demonstrated history of success are also encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership environment
