Assistant Residence Supervisor - Care Team Lead

Wayne ARC in Lyons, NY is seeking an Assistant Residence Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support individuals with disabilities, and coach residence staff to deliver person-centered care.
You will participate in interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to policies while promoting independence and dignity.
This full-time role requires compassion, reliability, and strong teamwork in a community-based setting.
