QA Lead
Diverse Lynx
- 5 to 10 years in investment banking, capital markets, or wealth management, with a deep grasp of front-, middle-, or back-office flows.
- Proficiency in SQL for backend data verification, API testing tools (Postman, REST), and automated test frameworks.
- Strong track record in test case design, traceability matrix management, defect lifecycle tracking (JIRA), and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent; exceptional cross-team communication and leadership capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, ALM, or similar quality management platforms.
- Clear understanding of Agile testing life cycles, behavior-driven development (BDD with Cucumber/Gherkin), and CI/CD quality gates
