Global Talent Acquisition Lead

To drive global revenue hiring strategies, the full-time Global Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the hiring process for the Revenue organization across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maintaining high standards for talent quality in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy, aligning with executive leaders and business priorities Build and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization, coaching regional Talent leaders and ensuring team success Own hiring outcomes and establish a global standard for revenue talent, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and metrics Required qualifications Experience leading Talent through hypergrowth, with a track record of managing hundreds to thousands of hires annually Proven ability to build and develop teams of recruiting leaders, enhancing performance and making strategic personnel decisions Strong advisory experience with executives, capable of translating workforce assumptions into achievable hiring commitments Deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, with a focus on improving hiring speed and efficiency Ability to leverage data and AI to enhance recruiting processes while recognizing the importance of human judgment
