Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Shifts Available: PRN & Full Time

Service Areas for Coverage: Northeast, Northwest, Southeast

Assist in the facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities. Assist in the implementation of physical therapy care plans. Assist with the coordination of care with the home healthcare team. Educate patients and family members about health conditions. Prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members. Qualifications:

Assistant Physical Therapist in the state of Texas. Home health experience preferred. Knowledge of home health regulations and general healthcare compliance. Experience with HCHB EMR (preferred). Able to handle physical workload. Good driving record. Excellent communication and people skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
