Responsibilities

Provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing to clients in their home setting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and transfers. Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team and healthcare providers. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Maintain accurate records of client services and communicate effectively with the care team and healthcare providers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Home Health Aide certification (CNA, PCA, or HHA). Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with assistive devices as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, empathy, and a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors and vulnerable adults.
