A private practice behavioral health group in Freehold, New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a full-time hybrid role that takes provider burnout seriously enough to have actually done something about it. Ample charting time is built directly into the schedule. A dedicated administrative assistant handles prior authorizations, client communication, and scheduling. A daily office hour is reserved for administrative tasks, training, and collaboration — so clinical time stays clinical and your personal time stays personal. The position requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Freehold with the remainder remote, offering the flexibility of a hybrid model alongside a strong $125,000–$150,000 salary, generous PTO, full benefits, and a 401(k) with retirement matching.
