Retail Operations Leader — Sales & Service Excellence

West Marine

West Marine in Narragansett, RI, seeks a Store Manager to lead store operations under limited supervision. You will train Crew Members, reinforce sales techniques, and ensure outstanding customer service while meeting annual sales targets. You will guide pricing, merchandising, payroll, and policies to uphold our brand and service standards. You will be responsible for staffing, training, and supervising a diverse team, including performing as Manager on Duty during shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr West Marine
