Senior Social Media Manager

Driving the organic social strategy for both Nutrafol and Nutrafol Men, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will manage content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Execute and evolve the organic social strategy, serving as the primary social lead for Nutrafol Men Develop and manage the organic social content calendar, ensuring timely and cohesive content aligned with business priorities Monitor channel performance and audience behavior to translate insights into actionable recommendations for growth Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in managing organic social media for a consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brand Proven experience developing and executing social-first content strategies across Instagram and TikTok Exceptional social copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on platform-native content Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and managing creator relationships and campaign budgets Strong understanding of social analytics and ability to translate performance insights into creative recommendations
