Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses to determine their rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs for continued progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license
- At least 2 years of physical therapy experience (3-5 preferred)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Education
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

- Expertise in outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Strong communication and patient education skills
