Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and patient safety. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care tailored to fragile neonatal populations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to neonatal patients with critical needs.
• Monitor and assess vital signs and clinical conditions proactively.
• Communicate effectively with medical teams, families, and support staff.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Participate in on-call duties as discussed during the interview, providing support outside regular hours.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse (RN) license with current state accreditation.
• Extensive experience in neonatal intensive care or relevant pediatric settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal clinical procedures and equipment.
• Possess strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
