Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Support safe mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices.

• Provide meal preparation, feeding assistance, and encouragement of proper nutrition.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to reduce isolation.

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed.

• Monitor client condition and promptly report changes to the supervisor.

• Document daily care activities and maintain accurate client records.

• Follow agency policies, care plans, and safety procedures at all times.
