Pay Rate: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour (Per-visit rate equivalent)

What You’ll Actually Do
Empower Independence: Help patients regain functional independence in their own home environments.
Adaptive Strategies: Utilize creative, environmental modifications (Environmental MacGyvering) to enhance safety and functionality.
Patient Education: Guide patients and families on proper home safety and adaptive techniques.
Care Planning: Develop and implement customized treatment plans, focusing on safe bathing, transfers, and daily activities.
The Car Office: Experience the freedom of a mobile workspace between client visits.

What We’re Looking For
A licensed, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Michigan.
At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience is a bonus).
A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
The ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely.
