General Warehouse

Compensation: $24/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm Job Description The General Warehouse Worker is responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment. Responsible for accurately building and staging orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation Use appropriate manual or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) to move product and materials to designated locations Assist with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse Work in the recycling room, re-work damaged product and stack empty pallets and shells Responsible for meeting productivity requirements Job Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred Prior warehouse experience preferred Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance Benefits & Perks Eligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more. *Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on position, location, employment type, and union governance.
