Vehicle Service Specialist (Full Time)

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines. Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available. Basic computer knowledge/aptitude. Requirements Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. Must have reliable transportation. Essential Functions Inspect and replace car lights and wipers. Check and add fluid levels to vehicle as necessary. Inspect/replace engine and cabin air filters. Add oil to engine in correct amount based on vehicle specifications. Remove, rotate, lift, and reinstall tires for tire rotation service. Lubricate necessary components of chassis or driveline. Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions. Verify and perform proper callouts to ensure all necessary services are completed. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles. Frequently ascend/descend stairs, catwalks, or step stools to retrieve parts or perform services above or underneath the vehicle. Work for extended periods with arms above head when performing services underneath the vehicle. Position self under hood or on catwalks to perform required services. Move or transport items up to approximately 50 lbs. Work with tools in tight or hard‑to‑reach areas. Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely, and in proper order. Operate in varying temperature, noise, and environmental conditions including exposure to chemicals, high heat, proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and hazards.
