The Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be the engine of our agencys growth. You wont be left guessingwe provide the structure, the workflows, and the warm leads. Your job is to bring the energy, follow our proven process, and show up every day with the intent to be better than you were yesterday.

• Base salary of $30,000/year
• Commission ranges from $5,400-$39,000 annually. Commissions are not capped. You control what

• Consultative Sales: Prospect and engage provided leads and self-generated prospects to provide insurance solutions that truly protect what matters to them.
