Located at 4715 N. Lincoln Ave in Lincoln Square, The NOW Massage, a new concept massage boutique, was founded on the principle that self-care is necessary, not a luxury. Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a massage therapist in Illinois
  • Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.  

Responsibilities 

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy
• Support and be supported, teach, and be taught by a diverse team of professionals interested in the holistic power of massage
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
• Full and Part-Time positions available. Licensed massage therapists at all experience levels are encouraged to apply

Pay: $35-$65 per hour with tips
