That is why we only hire the best to do it!Line responsibilities prior to shiftEnsure all items for the station are properly stocked and freshCheck for properly labeled and rotated itemsPrep items that are missing/out of dateSet other coworkers up for successEnsure you are starting with a clean and sanitized workstationWork with coworkers to ensure everything needed to operate a successful shift is stocked, fresh, and ready to goLine responsibilities during shiftPrepare menu items to specifications and guest requests within time standardsCommunicate with coworkers to ensure all tickets are prepared properly and to guest specifications or menu specificationsMaintain a clean and sanitary workspace during the shiftRestock items as they run out to ensure the next coworker is set up for successAny tasks communicated by the chef or kitchen managerLine responsibilities at end of shiftClean, sanitize, and stock all coolersProperly clean & detail all cooking equipment, including ovens, ranges, microwaves and fryersTake out the trash, rinse out trash cans, and replace them with empty linersMove all equipment and clean floors & walls behind equipmentHelp other team members with closing down other stationsHelp dishwasher to take out trash, finish final dishesParticipate in cleaning tables, floors, and equipment in the prep kitchenRequirements:Open availabilityBasic knife skillsKnowledge of basic cooking equipmentCompensationHourly Pay: $14-$18/per hour$500 signing bonus (Ask for details at your interview)Work scheduleDay shiftNight shiftMonday to FridayHolidaysSupplemental paySigning bonusBenefitsFlexible scheduleEmployee discountHealth insurance
