Service Location: Oak Park, IL 60302
Schedule: Part-Time – Up to 20 Hours Per Week (Immediate Shifts Available)
Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and client needs)

What You’ll Do As an In-Home Caregiver

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Help maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Use a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicate clearly with the UChange Home Care office team
• Maintain dependable attendance and professional conduct

What We’re Looking For

• Caregiver / Home Care Aide
• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Reliable smartphone for care documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
