M.D., or equivalent foreign medical degree, as well as completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota and BC/BE. Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $334,148-$389,550. Additional incentives may be offered.
