Dental Assistant (Experienced)

Pay: $32.00–$38.00 per hour (based on experience and technical proficiency)

Schedule: Full-Time | Approximately 32–36 hours per week, Work Week: Monday–Thursday with occasional Fridays as needed. Ideally the new candidate will start on or before August 9, 2026.

What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and keeping our clinical operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
• Anticipate provider needs and help maintain an efficient clinical flow
• Capture high-quality digital radiographs using Dexis
• Perform iTero scans and assist with Invisalign records and treatment workflows
• Educate and guide patients through their treatment plans with compassion and professionalism
• Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
• Monitor and manage clinical inventory and supplies
• Help keep appointments running on schedule and ensure a positive patient experience

What We're Looking ForQualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to manage a multi-chair environment and adapt to changing schedules
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OpenDental software
• Experience with Dexis digital radiography
• Experience with iTero scanners and Invisalign workflows
